1. Order Processing

  • All products are made to order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • After processing, orders are shipped using standard shipping methods through third-party carriers.

  • Estimated delivery times after shipping are 7-14 business days for domestic U.S. orders.

  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to display after your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates will begin once your package is scanned by your local carrier. If your tracking link still shows “label created,” that does not mean your order has not shipped. It simply means the local delivery partner has not scanned it yet. While the package is moving between carriers farther away, the status may not update and by the time tracking appears it is often already close to delivery.

5. Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations using third-party carriers. International shipping availability, carrier options, and rates are displayed at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges to resend.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@fortheafters.com.

  • For damaged items, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
